Kayaking in the Sound of Mull

The sport of kayaking is becoming increasingly popular with visitors to Ardnamurchan. The coast is ideal for users of all abilities, from those who wish to spend a week paddling along the remote coastlines of the Small Isles and Skye to those who are content to paddle around Kilchoan Bay and poke their noses into the many coves along Ardnamurchan’s rugged shore. And there’s so much to see from a kayak, including seals, sea otters, dolphins, and sea eagles. One of our pastimes is to fish for mackerel off the side of the boat, and then bring them ashore to barbecue on the beach.
